This page explains the privacy approach for the public Infinity Business Assistant website operated by InfinitySeed Group. Product deployments are tenant-isolated and may have additional client-specific privacy notices depending on the enabled channels and integrations.

Public website

The public interactive demonstration is designed to use synthetic local state only. It must not be used to submit confidential, medical, financial, authentication or other sensitive information.

Business-assistant deployments

Each customer business is treated as a separate tenant. Customer records, conversations, employees, inventory, documents, operational data and financial-preparation data must remain isolated between tenants.

Human control

Infinity Business Assistant distinguishes between reading data, suggesting actions, preparing actions and executing authorised actions. Sensitive actions such as purchases, payments, deletion and tax-related actions require the applicable permissions and, where required, human confirmation.

Third-party services

Where a tenant enables services such as messaging, email, telephony, calendars, hosting or AI providers, those services may process information under their own terms and privacy notices. Enabled integrations depend on the customer configuration.
